What we can and cannot help with
We are an independent editorial site, not a store, a manufacturer, a dealership or a boatyard. We cannot sell you anything, process an order, track a shipment or handle a warranty claim. For those, contact the retailer or the manufacturer directly, since they hold the order and the warranty.
We also cannot diagnose a specific boat, trailer or tow setup by email, and we cannot tell you what your rig can safely pull or carry. That is not caution for its own sake: the answer depends on the capacity plate, the axle and hitch ratings, the tow vehicle, how the load sits and where you launch, and none of that fits in an inbox. A marine technician or a trailer shop can check it properly, with the boat in front of them.
If you think something we published is wrong or out of date, please tell us and include the page. Corrections are the most useful email we get.
